Manufacturing this bag involves a number of calculative steps.

This bag has its own unique character and it goes under various manufacturing procedure before its final development.

• This Vintage look bag is made from Crust Leather (Semi Finished Leather)
• After the bag is made it is Drum Dyed for +/- 3 hrs as per the requirements of colors using AZO Free dyes. The drum dye process makes it soft and removes any kind of stiffness from the leather. (Finished bags are put in a closed rotating drum along with AZO free dyes and enzymes. To make the tough leather soft and colored – smooth stones, tanning agents, and vegetable dyes are also added inside the drum. The process is like a simple but complex personal recipe.
• The bags are Naturally Dried to 75% (RH) Relative Humidity; as a result, the bag shrinks in size.
• After drying the bags it goes through the Toggling process – where the bags are stretched gently through the small clamps called Toggles.
• To give the bag a rich dark look and feel, liquid Wax is applied on it which enhance it appearance.
• Further on the bags undergo through the Ironing Process – where a soft material like cotton or linen is place over the wrinkled area before pressing the iron to it. A back and forth motion is use to move the iron all over the affected area while gently pressing it down. Little by little the wrinkles come off in an even fashion from leather.
• Lastly it goes under Buffing Process – where sanding of the top grain layer of leather is done via an abrasive or bladed cylinder and is often carried out by a machine to smooth out imperfections from leather.
• Finally the finished bags are checked and dried further to 45% – 48% (RH) Relative Humidity, before its packed and sealed into export cartons.
