Packing
Before any product is Packed - it has to pass a few stages.
- Every single piece has to first pass through our internal Quality Control (QC), where it is checked properly.
- Any errors found during QC are either corrected (and checked once again) OR it is completely replaced.
- Pieces that pass QC can move to the next stage where the product is dried properly and excess humidity is removed.
All order we receive are packed and sealed in a Humidity and Dust Controlled Environment.
- Packing in a humidity controlled environment insures, that the goods packed inside each carton would remain fresh, even if the cartons are opened 9 to 12 months after shipment is made.
- This further increases the shelf and storage life of our manufactured product.
Packing is a crucial part of any shipment.
- Wrong packing or Weak Packing can lead to damages and losses by the time the consignment reaches its destination.
- Our standard packing is strong enough to handle the stress involved at time of shipping.
- Packing varies between product groups and product types – listed as below.
Promotional Jute Bags (with 1 or 2 color prints) : 50 bags, are placed inside a large poly bag which goes inside an export carton. The cartons are sealed and labeled correctly.
Multi Color Printed Jute Bags (with multi color prints) OR Luxury Jute Bags with leather handles : Each bag goes inside an individual polybag. 50 pieces of these bags are placed inside a large poly bag which goes inside an export carton. The cartons are sealed and labeled correctly. Further on, each carton is stretch wrapped for added protection of the bags inside.
Promotional Jute Pouches and Toilet Bags (with 1 or 2 color prints) : 100 to 250 pouches (depending on size of the product), are placed inside a large poly bag which goes inside an export carton. The cartons are sealed and labeled correctly.
Special packing and labeling can also be accommodated – based on requirements of the brand owners.
Promotional Cotton Canvas Bags (with 1 or 2 color prints) : 100 bags, are placed inside a large poly bag which goes inside an export carton. The cartons are sealed and labeled correctly.
Multi Color Printed Canvas Bags (with multi color prints) OR Luxury Canvas Bags : Each bag goes inside an individual polybag. 100 pieces of these bags are placed inside a large poly bag which goes inside an export carton. The cartons are sealed and labeled correctly. Further on, each carton is stretch wrapped for added protection of the bags inside.
Promotional Canvas Pouches and Toilet Bags (with 1 or 2 color prints) : 150 to 300 pouches (depending on size of the bag), are placed inside a large poly bag which goes inside an export carton. The cartons are sealed and labeled correctly.

Leather Wallets and Purses : Each wallet (or purse) goes inside a resealable polybag, 10 such wallets are placed in an inner box. 10 inner boxes (with wallets or purses inside) goes inside an export carton. The cartons are sealed and labeled correctly. Each carton is then stretch wrapped for added protection of the contents inside.
Leather Bags, Toilet Bags or Briefcases : Each bag (or toilet bag or luxury briefcase) goes inside a resealable polybag and is then placed in an inner box. 5 to 20 inner boxes (depending on size) goes inside an export carton. The cartons are sealed and labeled correctly. Each carton is then stretch wrapped for added protection of the contents inside.

Leather Wallets, Purses and bags: Can be packed wrapped in printed paper or fabric and each wallet can be packed in basic or luxury boxes (with your logo). We can offer paper, board or wooden luxury boxes as well. Cost of boxes will remain to be extra (depending on quality and finish)
